Which engagement model should we start with?
If you need to validate a bounded idea, a fixed-scope proof of concept is usually the clearest start. If you already have a product roadmap and need sustained delivery capacity, a dedicated team may fit better. A retainer suits ongoing maintenance, evaluation or advisory work. We help you choose based on your goal, constraints and decision points — without locking you into a long commitment before the scope is clear.
Can you work with our existing systems?
Yes. Much of our in-house work involves integrating software with devices, telephony, data pipelines and cloud platforms. In discovery we map your current systems, interfaces and constraints so any proposal reflects how integration would actually work — not a greenfield assumption.
What is a fixed-scope PoC for, and what should we expect?
A PoC is meant to test feasibility or value inside an agreed boundary: a defined feature, integration or AI use case. Typical outputs include a working implementation for that scope, evaluation criteria, and a clear next-step recommendation. It is not a full production rollout unless that is explicitly agreed.
How do you approach responsible AI and data handling?
We treat data minimisation, access boundaries and human oversight as part of the design conversation. For AI work we discuss what data is needed, where it should live, what evaluation looks like, and what guardrails belong in the solution. Formal policies and contractual obligations are agreed per engagement; this site does not publish unverified compliance claims.
What do you need from us before proposing work?
A clear problem statement, the systems involved, success criteria, and any hard constraints (timeline pressure, security, deployment environment) are enough to start a useful conversation. You do not need a finished specification — discovery exists to shape that together.

Our deepest evidenced experience is in EV charging and energy-related software. We also describe other capability-led application areas where similar engineering patterns apply. Sector fit is confirmed during conversation; we do not claim industry-wide client portfolios we have not published.
